What is the best way to send my photo to you?

You can send it via mail or e-mail.  If you send it e-mail, please make sure it is sent at 300 dpi so it will come out clear on the magnet.  If you mail it to us, please make sure we have your return address.

How do I create my own magnet?

You need only to send us your information stating what you want.  Our graphic artists will create a proof for you to view.

Will you edit my Photo for me?

Sure we will.  We will change your picture to reflect the perfect concept for your new baby.  We can fix "red eye" and even edit the background at no additional cost.

From start to finish, how long will it take to receive my magnets?

You will receive an online proof within 3 days after you place your order and give your information to us (Make sure you ask for an online proof).  After you approve your online proof, we need 5 business days to print, laminate, and die-cut your magnets.  We ship U.P.S. Ground which takes 3-4 business days. 

Do you sell envelopes to go with my magnets?

We sell white envelopes to go with your magnets. 
They measure 3 5/8" x 5 1/8," just larger than the magnet. They only require a .39 stamp to send.  Feel free to purchase the envelopes during the check-out process. 

Are there any set-up fees or additional costs?

No charge for set-up or art fees.  No charge for extra photos on the magnets or number of characters.  The only additional fees are for shipping and handling, approximately 4-7 dollars.
